Pretty sure you would get corrosion between the galvanising and the stainless as its 2 different metals....I'm just going for bzp bolts.

Where you getting them from.?!

bzp are normal mate.

loads of places to grab bolts from around newcastle, i wouldn't worry about not having any to hand. just be careful as some counter types are bloody stupid.

I ordered a bunch of stuff for collection just last week. One bit I needed some m8x100 for the gearbox crossmember.. instead of saying they had none in stock, the guy decided to put it through as a custom bolt with a 100pack size. £1870 + vat

Eh.!!!!!! Bloody hell!!!!

I don't mind searching it's just more fear that I purchase the wrong ones, you'd be amazed how difficult it's been sourcing the normal M8 x25 flanged bolt for the thermostat housing. :)

When are you doing the swap? what I hope to do is write a general "parts list" when I do mine because I wanted to find out what other people used when they did their chassis swap but the only thing people seem to say in response to "what parts did you use" is "find out yourself you lazy ...."

Having put the time in, it would show community spirit (I wont say "unity" so as not to offend) to publish your findings on the forum.

In fact, sharing it will allow others to comment and you may find you had missed something or discover something was wrong. :boink:

Sorry to link to another forum, but I found the list at the end of this forum post to be pretty good. Not used it yet as don't need to do mine...for now.

There's a thread or two on defendersource.com with a pdf or xls listing most all the bolt sizes for a 90. It's worth a check.
