Maybe it’s me being use to the clean, crisp audio of a Mercedes, but the 09-plate Bluetooth connectivity sounds like something from the 1950’s…

Whilst it works, the sound quality is quite shocking. Was there / is there an update for the thing?

Do you mean for phone calls? Only tried it once and seemed ok. But it's a 2012 model, wonder if it's upgradable?

Seems fine in my 08. Do your Radio and CD sound good?

Yes, radio & cd are both fine, it’s just the phone that crackles & pops - I’ve tried it on two different devices on two different networks.
