Injector pump serviced and injector tip changed in one.... I will pass the info to him...turbocharger seal should be good as its a new turbocharger....how can I check the seal?

Okay so it could be residual oil from pre-turbo replacement, unlikely to be a seal if it's a new turbo, you say the injection system is all new, that leaves pipes - check em all - even a slight crack or perished section can fail under suction/blowing and screw with your mixture. My BH's TDCi did exactly this, and my mate diagnosed the problem straight away, based on his experience with his TD5 Fender
All hoses changed also....mostly because of my previous experience he bought new ones....and also because of the age of his old ones
Okay - onbvious question none of us thought to ask - is it losing power when it smokes?
Seems the problem might be the specialist.loss of power under load means under fuelling - seems all he's done is drop the fuel output, which would reduce the smoke somewhat. I still think the root problem is you're not burning efficiently - either due to an injector problem or a dirty system.
Well the injectors were redone and only one tip was found to be bad....when he did my pump I experienced similar symptoms and I changed my complete injectors for new ones....with the same problem....I don't know why but I suspect pump timing....
