Have a problem on a tdci. Blower works only on the 1st key position. When turned on 2nd and 3rd and with engine running. it doesn't work any more.

Any ideas?

Yes only works on ignition position 1.
Not sure about the year since its not mine but the one we use at work. Think its a 2.4 since its an early one. Also fuses all look ok. And when it works, all speeds work too so not resistor pack either.

Will try to get the exact specs.

I take it that you mean ignition key position 1? What model year? - wiring and fuses changed when the engine changed from 2.4 to 2.2 litre.
Specs:
Model Defender
Class 110
Body Type 5 door station wagon (SW)
Model Year 2010
Steering RHD
Engine 2.4 Tdci, Euro spec (EU4)
Gearbox 6 Speed, MT82, Manual
Factory Solihull, UK

I can't help much with this as the circuit diagrams I have are for a later model. I can suggest you check fuses F42 and F45 i the main fuse box. Also there is a relay for the blower which you need to find and check, probably in the secondary fuse box under the right hand seat. There might be a location diagram on the underside of the seat base or on the metal slide-out plate which needs to be removed to access the fuse box. Might also be a faulty connection at the ignition switch. Beyond that it gets beyond me as not having the diagrams, and the blower being linked to the air con system and the engine control module.
