bloddy car has a reverse problem please help!!!

hi guys not been on for a very long time but as usual as a landy owner they never just flamming run without any hicups do they!! this one i feel will baffle just about everyone and i am getting to the point that i could push my car into the nearest lake if i wasnt a girl and shamefully week!! got a 2004 4.6 range rover vogue auto which intermitently when going into reverse doesnt always engage and at time will not reverse if it was a manual you would think it was going to stall as it has that juddering effect, sometimes it will not reverse at all then all of a sudden shoot backwards not very helpfull!!! its been to guy salmon which was a waste of blinking time they are useless they changed all four selanoids? not sure if i have pronounced that correctly i have had various "matchbook" diagnosis from dirty oil to needing to be recalibrated or even needing a new gear box which would seem strange given that it drives like a dream only having a problem with reverse!!!! everyone seems to be a bloody landy expert yet no bugger can fix it! appologies for the ranting foul mouth but i am at the point of no return with this car!!!! HELP!!!!!!

thats good to know!! last time i got some invaluable advice fingers crossed i can get some this time before i give up ten years of loyal range rover ownership and opt for something much less sexy and plump for a smart car!!!!

i gathered that but i am a complete computer idiot and i dont know how to move it!!!

just start a new one and this one should get deleted by admin.

if its a RR then the RR section is probably a good place to start
