does anyone have any usefull tips on converting a 90 v8 to run on bioethanol?

Don't do it!!

Don't run more than 20% bio blend unless you want to really start changing things. B-blend fuel requires you to advance the timing a bit as it burns slower. The more Bio you mix in there, the more it needs advancing (so when running straight petrol you run the risk of detonation). Also, C2H5OH has less calorific value than CH3C2H7, so more is required to get the same amount of power, and it burns more efficiently with a higher compression ratio (due to a lower flashpoint).
