Get fit out in the glorious sunshine (it does exist) on this beautiful mountain bike - complete with full suspension so your man bits dont hurt so much, you can lock both front and rear suspension out which assists when doing the harder bits (uphill).

27 speed (pah you thought your range rover gearbox was cool with 9 speeds didnt ya!) and hydraulic discs front and rear with little teeny weeny 4 pot calipers.

very light and it cost quite a few pennies to put this together a few years back.

As a bonus you get to dress up in lycra and look like a gimp but at least no one will ask why, so this could be just the prop to avoid spurious investigations by the neighbourhood watch.

£200! (offers of mars bars or other confectionary are pointless as I am on a get fit thing...)

Erm I don't think it is lol but it's a ton more than I wanted to pay. I was thinking about shifting my expensive bike in favour of a cheaper, lighter one for commuting.

it is i assure you lol. Its also a medium whereas i typically ride an XL frame. This was built in a time that it was popular to ride with a frame sizes a couple of sizes to small so that they were really flickable. Itd work for anyone from 5'4 ish up to 6' (ish)

im building another at the minute, ive already spent over £1000 on the thing and most of the stuff was secondhand!

pushbikes seem to have gone bloody expensive

Mine cost about £600 new but it's a downhill mountain racer thingy so it's heavy as #### and solid to boot. Not what you want to be using for cycling to work. It's fast though, I've had 29mph out of it on the flat.
