I am taking my Isuzu to France in July and would like to fit either
beam benders or mask the headlamps to avoid dazzling oncoming traffic.
Does anybody know either where I can buy the benders or where the
sticky tape goes. I had a look in Halfords but their universal beam
benders don't mention Isuzu.

what is a beam bender and why doesn't selecting dipped headlights work?

headlights in this country shine predominantly to the left so that
oncoming drivers are not dazzled, in France this would mean the beam
is shining into the other lane as oncoming traffic would be on the
left. I am not too sure how beam benders work but imagine they would
either distort the beam or blank out the portion of the lens that
shines to the left face left. It is still possible to dazzle someone
using dipped headlights.
