Big oil leak

Evening,

the other week i found my landy very low on oil.

Today while out i noticed oil dripping from the timing case breather on the bottom just behind the bottom pulley

Now what could this be and also can i continue to use as long as i carry oil to top it up?

Crank oil seal and you can but big loss of oil means less oil pressure....

Should I change the timing belt at the same time and would I need to change the pullys or just the belt would do??
