Time to change the bearings , I have looked at bell engineering part no. TOQ000040 at £48 per pair I thought that was quite good anybody used them ? I read some were the best parts to use were gkn what do you think? Also what oils do I need for the gearbox , ird and the rear diff and is any make better than others ? sorry for the daft questions but on my beast if it can go wrong it will so I am trying to get it right first time thanks

The oil used in IRD is 75w90 fully synthetic multi-grade gear oil.
Rear diff uses a 80w90 semi or mineral oil.

Thanks Nodge as always one last thing what is the best oil for the gear box and where is the best place do you think to get the bearings

I've used Bell Engineering once. They were extremely helpful and their service was very fast. My local independent who fitted them said they looked pretty good bearings but that was only about 6000 miles ago. Time will tell but its hard to find anyone who has a bad word for them.
