Hi chappies!
Bessie had a ride on the back of a flat bed A.A. truck last weekend, and having stripped off the drum, angle ground off the two hub nuts, I see she's fairly fooked in the bearing department...in fact looking at the images, I think you'll see she hasn't one at all.
This could be why she's always kinda pulled to the right.
I've had her since April, and I'm now wondering if the bearing has been shot so long, that the drive shaft has ground down the drive shaft sleeve thingy. Maybe you can see that from the images.
The shiny swivel ball on that side is well rusty so I'm thinking I'll need to rebuild the whole dam thing!
I can't find a bearing sleeve, or is it a stub axle, on Paddocks, but I'd welcome any thoughts you have on what is the best course of action.
Cheers
