Banging from front wheels

Hey.

When i go round left corners at speed i get a banging noise from the offside front wheel.

Im guessing its the CV joint.

Am i right and is this an easy DIY fix.

Nothing on a Freelander is an easy DIY fix. If it is what you say it is, Then its at least a two hour job if you have the replacement drive shalf and thats if you have the skills and the tools.
