Easiest done on a ramp if you have access to one, if not jack the front axle up, place axle on axle stands, chock rear wheels. Best done after you have driven the car for a while to make sure the oil is warm. The sump for the autobox is located next to the handbrake drum just aft of the gear box. 17mm socket I think fits. Drain as much oil as you can, the torque convertor retains some oil. Once drained, refit plug, refill via dipstick tube using Dextron II graded ATF. Complete system holds about 5ltrs. Run the car up to cruising speed to push the new oil through the torque convertor and full range of gears. Repeat the drain process but once drained, remove sump, remove and replace oil filter in autobox complete with new 'O' ring seals, fit new sump gasket, replace sump, refit drain plug, refill system. The filter and associated seals are reasonably cheap, got mine locally, came to about 16quid for the lot. ATF fluid will cost around £45 for 10 ltrs. Just did mine a couple of days ago, whole process took about an hour and a half.
