Happened about 30 mins ago, luckily he didn't get it but he got as far as hacking it off and moving to his disco partial reg. m364, police reckon its false plates but think the vehicle description matches one in Ludlow, Dark coloured discovery 2 V8 covered in mud, MT tyres with black alloys maybe steels. Will keep posted when police get back in touch.
 
Well nout heard back of the fuzz and forensics said their were no usable prints but a local landy owner round here says it might be some people round the area with a load of off roaders, cant be certain tho so probs shouldnt light the torches yet.
