Are the hoses different

Afternoon all. Just went through that awful process of removing the front bumper to replace a blown Intercooler hose. Got a chance to admire some of the botch jobs done on the car in it past. Anyway, removed old hoses and went to fit new ones I bought sometime ago from MTC Motorsport, knowing in my heart that this day would come. No matter what i do they just don't seem to 'sit' right. Drivers side intercooler connection is nearly flat on its corner when I try to secure out of the way.

What I am wondering is, any difference between SD4 and TD4 hoses, or did I order the wrong ones perhaps.

What FL2 do you have a TD4 or an SD4 do you have any photos of said hoses and wear you are trying to fit them, it would help a little.

Think i have sussed it out over a couple of beers. Looks like I have the ones going from the turbo to intercooler rather than the ones from intercooler to manifold.

They're completely different shapes, so you'll never get them to fit properly.

Here's the hoses between the intercooler and TB.

Here's how the bottom hose fits.

New set in their way. Hopefully be here tomorrow/Wednesday
