Anyone know anything about this modified Defender?

I subscribe to MST Auction alerts (because the warehouse and yard is only a few hundred metres from our place in the depths of Devon and I could walk up there to have a nose.). We now live in Surrey but I keep an eye open.

I’ve no interest in it but it might be worth a look for someone? If I’ve posted this in the wrong place then my apologies.

MST usually sell repossessed stuff and I’ve bought some bargains there -but mainly in radio engineering equipment from labs being dismantled.

It has had no MOT since 2012, it failed the last two but nothing serious, most likely it has been off the road for 7 years, or only used on private land, a farm etc.
