Nowt wrong if you can bring it back to a decent motor or live with it. depends why it was done?
It could be a good buy.

MOT history doesn’t show any corrosion advisories
It’s all general maintenance tasks and faulty ball joints etc

Those rear seats do look past their best but are easily swapped if it is an issue. The front seats might also be knackered, are the seat covers keeping them pristine or hiding splits and holes? Again quick and easy enough to swap but finding good replacements at a reasonable price could be difficult.

+1 - The chequer plate on the rear cross member makes me a bit suspicious anorl .....
 
Checker plate on cross member, run fast and keep running like forest gump, in all honesty it has the early doors which are probably rotten and as neilly mentioned the paint work looks a bit shabby
