Passed today after three new tyres, new front brake cylinders n shoes, two rear spring bushes n shock bushes. For good measure new starter motor, rear prop shaft n diff seals, points n condenser. Ready for winter and getting back my daily transport.

Congratulations on the pass! Mines also recently passed its Mot! The Garage ive used for years is owned by two brothers, sadly one has just suffered a stroke and they are both nearing retirement BUT they know about these old cars and have a genuine passion for all classic cars! When they do retire I'm going to have a real problem finding a mot garage that I can trust! I heard from a friend that a local Garage had tried testing the transmission brake on a series on the rolling road test equipment????
