Haven't tried it myself but plenty of people I know have. Seems like perfectly good paint, but it's no different to the paint any good paint supplier can mix up for you (unless you REALLY want that horrible purple IR reflective stuff in it). My local supplier did me 3 litres of RAL6014 satin for Heidi and it was perfect (as you should know, if you've visited Heidi's Web)
And yes: 3 litres was plenty for a complete re-spray on a 109. I've got about 500ml left for future bits and bobs.
