Hi. I have a Discovery 3 (2005). The stereo lost volume control and all sound, but all buttons etc seemed to continue working. I searched up and apparently it sounded like an “amplifier” issue, a common fault?! (Id checked fuse etc F42).
I eventually got the old amp out and bought a second hand one, exactly the same,
harman kardon xqk500093, and fitted this yesterday. Everything worked again. This morning it was still working, this afternoon exactly the same fault again.... any suggestions, please? Feeling VERY frustrated.
