Am I pushing my luck?

At the weekend took the classic out for a spin to Enfield via the delightful M25.Was ploding away quite merily when i move dinto the outside lane to overtake.The carvibrated a bit and I looked at the speedo.I was doing over the limit but when I slowed down the(within or at the legal limit) vibration went away.Im gonna check the wheel balancing but was this just the car telling me i was over doing the right foot?I was fine at or slightly above the limit.

Balancing is one thing to check - also could be your Universal Joints could need a lube / service. I just done mine because of the same issue which seems to have sorted it - was someone else who did the same last week aswell.

wouldnt the uj vibrate at lower speeds?Went on me 110 and they made a hell of a noise before they did
