Am i going to find one?

Hi All,

I'm on the lookout for a Defender 90, but need one with at least one forward facing seat in the rear. Ideally I'd like a loc & fold so I can gain back the space when needed.

Having trawled all the adverts on various sites, these seem to very rarely come up.

Is this something I'm likely to find, or should I look into having one installed after buying something more common?

Folding rear are just that, after market items that can be fitted later.

There are issues when fitting forward facing rear seats. Folks want them, like you, so they’re expensive. If fitted, they need to have seat belts properly fitted and be able to pass an mot. I’m also sure it is a mod that you would need to tell your insurance about.
