airbag light blinking?1994 f-150

my horn quit working and my airbag light keeps blinking.does anyone know
what it could be?

Yep, it's broken.

(Called a clock-spring wire, it connects the steering wheel
electronics to the vehicle, they fail from time to time.) No fix, you
must replace it, best to buy it from the dealer.
