Just bought a new rubber air intake pipe from paddocks and seems to foul the throttle linkage, i don't seem to have had this problem before, and its the standard pipe, its a 2 1/4 diesel and its the rod type linkage, seems like the pipe is to long as it stretches in a arc around the top of the engine, any body had this problem or knows of a different pipe that will go straight from the air intake to the filter

Yeah, pic would be good.
Could it perhaps be too long on one of the straight sections ( never seen one before) and needs trimming down?
Had this on intercooler hoses once .

Can't cut it down as the inside diameter gets smaller on the flexi bit, and sorry not got into the picture thing
This is the only forum that I can put a pic on!
I do it straight off my android phone because I don't have a PC or owt.
