hi all:) .. great site,, i'm having a blonde day and being a new freelander owner i cand find where my air filter is located its a 2001 td4...PLEASE help:eek:
 
If you don't know what it looks like or how to find it... what the hell are you doing looking for it? Shirley yer don't know what to do with it!
 
very funny... didn't say i dont no what it looks like just dont no where its located!!
anyway hope it aint toooooo difficult to change I MIGHT BREAK A NAIL...lol

its at the back orft engine ,youll need sum long reach allan keys . . . .its fiddly so take yer time. . . .un dunt drop the bolts :D :D :D
 
thanks... there r sum helpful peps on here then.. will do it in the morning too dark now
 
Roverron has some info. on the following link about basic servicing, it's quite usefull. Also get a Haynes manual, they're not brilliant but give you some idea though won't tell you when special or unusual tools are required. Finally as you've found, Ming is very helpful & knowledgeable - worth asking him for advice before any future jobs.
