I picked up my first Disco (and first landy, a '94 300TDi) last weekend and am still in love! My last motor was an elderly Merc 500 sel (currently for sale on EBAY... don't be shy!) but a recent move into the woods means that it'd 4wd all the way from now on.
Loving this forum... thanks to a pictorial guide for idiots I accessed on it, I have just re-soldered the joint on the ECU to make the back windows work! My wife is still stunned! All I have to do now is sort out the reversing lights and find out what makes the loud knocking noise under the front offside quarter on rough ground and I'll be very happy.
