After market sat nav screens

Hi, i'm looking in to fitting an after market sat nav and possible tv screen in to my dashboard (where the standard RR sat nav goes) and wondered if anyone has found a screen which fits in there perfectly?

I've seen a few RangeRover's for sale with screens fitted but have never been able to find out the model numbers etc, What kind would you reccommend?!
