Advice on a late L322 4.4 TDV8 please

I have one of the last Discovery TD5’s, it’s now done 200k and it’s been a brilliant car. The time is coming for a replacement, I’ve had several Discovery’s over the years and a P38 money pit so I have an attraction for Land Rover. I am not over impressed with the latest models plus I can’t really justify the costs as they are getting out of hand.
I do like the last L322 4.4 Range Rovers, either Vogue se or Westminster, I was thinking of something with 30-40k on the clock, any advice?

I think all large land rovers after the td5 are/will be money pits at some time.

Get yerself a Freelander 1 or 2 instead
