Has anyone out there tried adding the OEM fog lights to a Grand Cherokee.
Am thinking of adding the OEM fog light kit to my '04 GC... same kit
apparently fits all WJs. The kit available comes complete with all wiring,
a new turn signal switch (in which the fog light switch is mounted), etc. I
assume the connections are already wired in behind the front fascia,
although I haven't looked.

How difficult is the install? Must the steering wheel be removed? Any
comments would be appreciated if you have any knowledge of this.

Thanks

Not being a GC owner i can't provide more then hearsay, but most people seem
to feel that the OEM fog lights aren't as good as they could be. PIAA make
some nice foglamps, although pricy.
Hella makes some nice ones as well, I think that the Hella 450 or 550 are
both a good value for the money

Unfortunately many of the current piaa products seem to be better suited for
street-rally cars that like to put things that scream "steal me", then for
actual purpose.
