aceleration froblem on 1995 discovery1 300tdi

hey
i got land rover discovery 300 tdi manual 1995 manual froblem is a this car is dont take aceleration when i push pedal she is show me just 3000-4000 and again 3000-2000 max speed when i drive is 70mph 65mph i blank EGR valve but is same i dont know what is wrong maybe fuel injector pump?

Hello and welcome

Have you tried changing the fuel filter? then maybe renew lift pump and see how it goes

yes i change fuel filter but nothing change i dont know much about land rovers it is first my disco

just had same problem..

check the fuel pipes under the inpection plate in the middle of the boot floor above the tank..

mine had rusted very badly, and air was being sucked into the fuel lines.. and also leaking out of the return..

new fuel sender fixed mine...

post your location someone may be able to have a look for you...
