Hi all. I have Orange ACE light on and Nanocom reads.....

FAULT 04-02

DIRECTION CONTROL VALVE 2

CURRENT OUT OF RANGE

Would this be a solenoid on the valve block?

Thanks all.

if the code was read with nanocom forget about it, check with t4, hawkeye, lynx or autologic cos in most cases nanocom will give you this fault code regardless of the real one, if it's not retrieved with nanocom the fault is with the DCV2's solenoid or it's circuit not the valve block

Thanks sierra.....So Nanocom is useless in this situation and Hawkeye is better?.....You say that DCV2 or it's circuit is the potential culprit here. This solenoid is on the valveblock is it not?

Thanks for helping.
