Abysmal power on hills.

Please help before I burn this thing. I had my Landy parked up for about 4 months and then I drove it for a little while then I started the rebuild. Prior to the lay up it was fine but since then and after the rebuild it has been shocking on hills and I feel like I've got no power whatsoever. Even relatively slow inclines are a struggle. There's no splits in the turbo or intercooler hoses, I've just replaced the lift pump, valve clearances have just been done and I still have no idea what could be causing it. Any ideas please?

Checked the lift pump when I took it out the box and it's nice and strong, great suck and blow action which is what I like. The fuel lines are larger than standard, I replaced them all years ago. I might replace the fuel filter again and stick a cleaner through it and see if that helps as otherwise I'm all out of ideas
