ABS TC Warning Lights

Guys,
I am looking at an S reg Freelander 1.8 3door. 107,000 miles
I know the head gasket an timing belt has been changed so ok on that score (K Series permitting at minute ).
Problem is that the TC and ABS warning lights are on (ABS is not working when provoked)
I have seen the same lights on now on 2 units I have viewed both showing about 100k mileage.
Is this a common fault? any Ideas?

Check that all the wheel sensors are fully down in their housing,they sometimes need a gentle tap with a hide mallet,if that fails you need to get it diagnosed on TEST BOOK , if you are located anywhere near Birmingham try S.A.S Auto's in Yardley
