Don't get much use out of my 110 300tdi lately, but driving it today the clutch pedal felt different.
There didn't seem to be as much travel in the pedal as usual, and when pressing it down it felt like it was pressed against the floor sooner than usual, and lifting back up the same again, with the cutch feeling like it was engaging much sooner than usual.
Now I may be imagining things, but if I'm right is this a sign of clutch wear, or clutch cable wear?

Have a look at the pedal in the cab and see if there is a tell tale dribble of fluid, not always noticeble at first glance as youur footwear wipes it off, but you can see the paint will have started to lift.
If the fluid is black, dont mess around new master/slave and flex pipe.
