The arrests came after officers from the Vehicle Crime Team carried out simultaneous dawn raids in Kings Heath, Birmingham, and Alcester Road, Worcester.
charged with the theft of a Land Rover on February 28 from Malt House Lane in Earlswood, south Warwickshire.
The Vehicle Crime Team is part of the Acquisitive Crime Team which is working under Operation X to reduce crime across the county and catch those causing it.
