Hi guys,
Been a while since I posted on here. Due to personal circumstances I have been unable til now to put my landy back on the road, until now.
Decided to buy the last few parts for it. An nearside rear fuel tank outrigger, brake pipes and gaskets. Order turned up today. I instantly knew something was wrong. They sent front outrigger instead.
I checked the invoice and it says front outrigger. I know I clicked on the right part rear outrigger as it is the last piece of the puzzle. I know it's their website at fault.
The part is £15 plus postage. They want £12 off me to return it as I can't prove it is their fault. They refuse to budge with regards to stumping up the postage and sending me the correct part. Do I have back up with distant selling rules? Surely the seller stumps up the delivery?
I apologize if this is in the wrong forum. I hope you are all doing well.
