Disco 2 A Bar Removal 2002 Prefacelift

How do you remove the A Bar STC50021 (soft plastic) from a 2002 pre facelift discovery. It has a top bracket and two u shaped brackets for spot lights.
When removed does it leave any holes in bumper.

I believe it will leave 2 20mm holes in your bumper...

And if the OP is worried about those holes, there are plenty of blind or blanking grommets on the bay:

There are two bolts that come in from the back, the number plate covers the holes when removed
