I have recently purchased a 1.8 Freelander 1999 model in Epson Green. which I have been almost quite pleased except for a problem I seem to be encountering. Basicially it was pulling to near side so it has had computerised tracking and I've swapped the wheels back to front etc and tyre pressures are OK. The steering feels lighter towards the left than the right when turning . Also when braking it pulls to the left. If anyone knows whats going on and how I can correct please get in touch a.s.a.p.

Many Thanks

hi tyre pressures on freelander from x reg on should be 30psi the manual says 26psi was changed by landrover, they do normally steer to the left slightly as all cars do,they do turn slightly easier to the left as the the rack has more lengh from the steering shaft, the car should not pull harsh under bracking if you brake with 1 finger on the wheel you should not pull badly to 1 side or the other if it does could be caliper sticking on side it pulls to.
