99 disco with leveling problems

Hi, I've recently posted a question about a 99 disco II with ACE - I have found that it has no air bags since a coil spring conversion has been done - however the disco sits higher on the passenger side when it's not running and about two inches higher when it's running. It seems that the ACE is in bypass mode - due to the high circulation of fluid in the ACE/PS reservoir. I tried to check the ride height sensor in the front, but am unable to locate it. I found two wire connectors under the front passenger wheel well that have nothing to plug into. If someone can help me, it would be greatly appreciated.
