95 Jeep GC Trancooler leak

Hello all,

I have a 95 jeep GC limited with the 5.2l V8 and an auxiliary transmission
cooler. I have been told by a mechanic that the cooler clamps are
leaking. Does anybody know how to tighten these up? I was told it would be
rather difficult and I would have to drill a hole in the front bumper.
Is there an easier way? I'm gonna swap out the radiator next week I was
thinking this might facilitate things slightly.
Does anybody have any thoughts on this?

forget the OE cooler. buy a $50 auxilary cooler and reroute the lines to
eliminate it. took me about 40 minutes on my 93 yj
