Done my first tank to tank check and its working out as near as damn it 22mpg. Considering this is only used for laning and pay and play days, and obviously traveling to and from the above i didnt think it was too bad, what do you think.

all depends on your setup really

aggresive tyres etc, lots of heavy accesories will all make mpg worse

however, if that is included all the laning / p&p sites i would say thats very good.

Would seem about right to me. The old TD's are mid 20's mpg motors. To anything near this depending on use is about right.

its not too far away from standard, lifted suspension, 235 michelins, front winch and winch bumper. Just fitted a new clutch & fork, timing belt kit and a new radiator and its running as sweet as a nut fingers crossed it carries on like it, but good to hear its about right on fuel consumption.

I just got 25.2mpg on a 200 mile round trip motorway run. This was in a pretty standard 90 or 7.5R16 tyres, doing 60-65mph for the majority of it.
