83/84 Range Rover

Hi Just Joined! I Live In Glasgow. Got An 1983/84 3.5 Vogue Auto Lpg/ Petrol.. I Have Three Problems, First Cant Find Fuse Box. I Looked Around The Dash, Under Dash, Under Bonnet, In Glove Box,under Seats, No Luck! Second She Runs Quiet At Low Speed And At Cruise Speed, But Sounds Like Motor Bike When You Put The Boot Down To Get Up To Speed. Also The Lights Flicker In Time With The Engine As If The Coil Or Distributer Had Fault. Any Feedback Welcome! P.s. Does Not Burn Oil Or Smoke.thanks! P.p.s Sometimes Hard To Start When Cold!
