Hi there I'm thinking about buying a discovery til tow my 20ft chip van but what sort of discovery should I buy??

7 seater has air suspension which divides opinion on here! I think it's brilliant to have for towing but is subject to potential failure, which springs aren't really!!

I tow my 26ft caravan and my wife's horse box with to large horses in . My d2 is the td5 auto 7 seater . And have to say the air suspension is great . Never have any problem with weaving or bobbing on the motorway or back roads .main thing to check on is rust on the back end chassis .

Thanks, does the air suspension not give bother?

All I have had to do is change the air springs(bags ) this year it's a 51 plate with 124k on the clock so they lasted well I think .

Make shaw all the electrics work . Press all buttons turn all nobs . Check for water damage in the head liner , and wet carpets . And check the dash warning light all come on and go out on start up. And look for oil leaks on the power steering / ace/ diffs / engine /
