7 Seat conversion

Not surprised as the 7 seat conversion was a fairly rare thing on P38s.
You could try talking to SECURON, the belt manufacturers. A while back I needed some belts for an unusual car and found that buying from them was actually cheaper than taking the chance on buying some unseen from a breaker. They'll just want the type and lengths and you could even get them coloured.
 
Seven seat conversion is not a Land rover accessory. I have it in mine, matching seats. Think it may have been something from Overfinch or the like.

These guys are just along the road from me and have come a long way since i got a rear seat made for my cousins Transit four years ago.
