Hello all, i`m a noob without a freelander as yet, see my intro for more details.
Anyway, I`m viewing some cars soon at David Oldham, Glossop way, and wonder if you fellas could give me some info on a `52 td4 gs with 43k on the clock. Is there anything I need to look out for with this spec model ? and can you point me in the direction of a thread/post/site for a dummys guide/technical dunce to checking out a prospective freelander purchase ?
Should I hold out for a facelift model ?
Also, have any of you had dealings with this dealer ? Do they offer a good warranty and have decent mechanics for when things go wrong ?
Any help would be apprieciated fellas. This is gonna be a working car so I need every ounce of reliability I can muster out of it. Before I spend a fortune on an X-Trail.......god help me.
