There is a tendency to drift to the left. Not a definate pulling, but you feel as if you have to continually apply slight clockwise pressure to the steering wheel. Varies slightly - seems to be 'sensitive' to different roads. I thought this had supposed to have been corrected on 'later models'.
First took it back within a week of purchase and have continually returned to Land Rover agents every few months without a solution. Guarantee work included steering rack (don't understand why), and a bearing on top of strut. I basically gave up and just put up with the problem.
Recently I asked my small, local (and very good) independent garage to service the car, and asked them to investigate the drifting to the left. Their conclusion - "the FOS wheel is set back 7mm". The car hasn't been in a crash.
Any thoughts before I go back to Land Rover and take up the battle?
