4.0 Gems timing cover needed

Hi folks,

Someone wouldn't happen to have a blown engine or something lying around and be willing to part with the timing cover? Its this bit (3).

In previous versions of Microcat it was ERR5411, then changed to ERR6816 and presently is called ERR6438.

What problem do you have with your original Rasheed ? If it's the oil pump, you can buy the oil pump assembly separately.

Its got a crack apparently around the crank seal. Been bodged before by LR garage I used to send it to apparently. No idea when or how it cracked either but new mechanic says it can't be repaired. Seeps oil although generally I don't have low pressure etc.

That's bad news
Mine developed a crack in the threaded port at the bottom where the oil cooler pipe fits, there's not much metal in the wall thickness. Cost me £175 for a new one from RPI, which was a lot less than the £400 odd the dealers wanted.
Hope you get sorted.

mozz a friend of mine has apparently bought me one already from another breaker so didn't have an opportunity to call emmots. thank you though for the tip, i'm sure it'll come in handy sooner than later!
