300tdi Turbo

Had a working turbo replaced to try and solve a problem only to find it wasn't the issue. Kept the new one on, have the second hand one spare.

Came from a 94 300tdi disco.

Front of the fans have a little chip and there is a small about of play in the bearing, but it worked fine, kicking out a full 1bar on the gauge.

Can't be bothered with any bidding, so free if someone wants to collect (about 10 miles north of blandford forum), otherwise I will take it to the local yard.

Ive got a 300 turbo complete with manifold if needed

When I was working in the starter motor, I detected some sideways movement in the turbo shaft ( no axial play), so wasn't sure, but posts I have read seem to think it is ok???

Side to side play is ok on an old turbo so long as the turbine doesnt touch the housing
