Could be sensor, maybe.
We had the oil light come on the 2a, it was the sensor.
Check the oil pressure with a gauge or even better fit a gauge in the dash.

Thanks - I'm not losing oil so I'll change the sensor and see what happens.

It's an oil pressure light not an oil level light.
Best not drive it until you have some results.
