Right after some help, as allways:rolleyes:

whilst working on the wagon the day i noticed 2 of my head bolts had worked losse. Nameily the 2 that hold on the airfilter housing bracket.

i,ve tightened both bolts back down , my tight! no torque wrench at home.

Question is if it was your engine would you lossen all the bolts off in order and retighten them, or just tighten the losse 2?

I,m having a bad feeling this is going to end up a head gasket job, and that aint in my plans the next few months!

Any help lads would be most helpful.

no theres only and order to tighten bolts, so that you that its tight in the center and you work outwards like smoothing a table cloth etc , those 2 bolts are at the rear and edge just tighten them 40 nm then 60 degrees (one bolt flat )the another 60 degrees
